I love memes.
But there’s always the question: how do you create memes? So for GIF’s I found a program called Instagiffer which is pretty good. It’s how I make all my GIF’s. But GIF’s don’t have sound. What if you want to make GIF’s with sound?
What if you want to make something like a Hitler reacts video with sound and subtitles?
